Really? here is the rule we are using to distinguish milb from mlb- 50 innings total in their career or less equal minor league pitcher. 100 AB or less in their career equal minor league batter. So, foreign players are available in the minor league draft | |

I just thought minor league eligibility was meant to prevent people from drafting ineligible guys in the minor league draft though, and not the reverse. | |
